CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS TERMS:
At RudhraSoft, we strive to provide high-quality online training experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved:
- Registration Fee:
The fixed registration fee for every trainings is not eligible for refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs and secures your place in the training program as well as few prerequisites materials related to training or live sessions.
- Participant Cancellation:
If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must request cancellation within 24 hours of making the payment. Requests are accepted only via Email or Call to our support executive on the number provided on our website. After the training start date no refund request will be accepted under any grounds (The course starting date is mentioned on the respective training pages).
- Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the course start date. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment only.
